​Three hours of your time in exchange for fresh veggies!

Caoba Farms accepts volunteers Tuesday to Friday. We ask for three hours of work, and in exchange for that, we provide you with a bag of fresh, organic vegetables grown on the farm.

​You should sign up in the store by 9am, and daily opportunities in the garden include weeding, harvesting seeds, turning compost, planting seedlings (Thursdays), filling bags with soil, and cleaning animals yards. 

* Children under 15 years old have to be accompanied by an adult and they don't receive their own bag of vegetables

“We are here for one month, as volunteers. We work minimum 3 hours a day and get a really nice bag of organic vegetables as payment for our work. Alex, the owner, runs the 3 farms and has given us a good start at his farm. He even helped us with a nice place to stay in Antigua. Only 15 min a way from the farm. The farm is full of friendly workers ( locals and other volunteers) the vibe is good and peace full. They give tours on the farm and they also have a well equipped store with there own organic things from the farm. We are really looking forward to spend a whole month here with these guys.”
