“Finca los Tucanes” is an ecotourism project in Parramos, just half an hour from Antigua, which has been built over many years, acquiring and reforesting cultivation plots with local tree species, gradually restoring the soils , forests, wildlife and the ecosystem in general in the area.
We invite you to stay a few nights at Villa Valhalla - in the middle of nature, with incredible views! You can walk for hours in the forest, enjoy the spectacular flora and fauna of the area. Come disconnect from your hectic life and connect with nature. |

THE HOUSE - VILLA VALHALLA

In Norse mythology, Valhalla is a majestic and enormous chamber ruled by the god Odin, where heroes killed in battle are received. It is a place of honor, glory and happiness.
Villa Valhalla is a rustic and modern house, with a large fireplace to heat the house and create a very cozy atmosphere. There is a bedroom with a Queen bed and a living room with a sofa bed, so up to 4 people can stay in the house. |

The kitchen is well equipped, and if you wish you can order fresh products from the farm and products from our store in Caoba Farms (meats, dairy products, bread, coffee, chocolate, frozen meals ...), to be delivered to the house before you arrive or during your visit.
There is a compost toilet outside the main building, this is one of the eco-friendly features of the house; limiting ineffective use of water. The waste is used to create compost, which is then added to the soil to help nourish the trees we plant to reforest the area. The shower is heated with solar energy, and in order not to miss a minute of the spectacular views from the house there are large windows in the bathroom and the shower =)
